We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

• Netherlands & Belgium €2.95 for orders under €50
• Germany €9.95
• France €14.95
• Rest of Europe €24.95

Delivery is via a parcel deliverer. In general, delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
